How quickly will I receive a response?
We answer every message within one business day — usually much faster. Email hello@vgmbio.com and include your order number if you have one.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order tool with the email and postcode from your order — no account needed. Your tracking number is also emailed automatically the moment your order ships.
I received the wrong item or my order is damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Refunds and replacements are eligible for broken or incorrect items.
How can I verify the quality of my order?
Each product page shows the lot number, purity and test date, with a direct link to that lot’s Certificate of Analysis from Horizon Analytical. All certificates are also in the certificate library.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes — email hello@vgmbio.com with the compounds and quantities you need and we’ll send current wholesale terms.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched within one business day, tracked, in temperature-controlled packaging: £4.99, free over £75.
What are VGM BIO products intended for?
All products are sold as research chemicals for in vitro laboratory research, testing, and analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use of any kind.
Are your products approved by a regulatory agency?
No. Products sold by VGM BIO have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory agency, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do I need to be a licensed professional to order?
By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and are purchasing for laboratory research purposes as a qualified researcher.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods through trusted, secure third-party payment processors. We never store your payment card information.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Double-check the card number, expiry, and billing postcode, then try again. If it still fails, your bank may be blocking the charge — a quick call usually clears it, or email us and we’ll help.
