Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Costs

• Orders under £75: flat £4.99 tracked delivery.
• Orders of £75 or more: free tracked delivery.

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Most UK deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch.

Packaging

Orders ship sealed, in tracked, temperature-controlled packaging.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also use Track Your Order with your email and postcode.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is late or tracking shows a problem, email hello@vgmbio.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
