VGM BIO · Private handover

Your store, end to end

A narrated walkthrough of vgmbio.com — the shop as a customer sees it, a real order from basket to confirmation, where your numbers live, and an honest status check on what is still outstanding.

How your access works

You have your own owner account. It deliberately does not put you into the technical side of WordPress — it signs you in and takes you straight to your own dashboard.

Reading your numbers

The dashboard is live data straight from the store; there is nothing to refresh or export. It gives you:

  • Headline figures — gross revenue all-time and last 30 days, net revenue, shipping collected, paid orders, average order value, total customers.
  • Revenue over time — a chart you can switch between ranges.
  • Top products by units, orders and revenue, so you can see what actually moves.
  • Payment method breakdown and top customers by spend.
  • Every order in full, and every registered customer with their buyer type and lifetime spend.

What is in the catalogue

55products published
29in stock
26out of stock
10compound classes
44certificates on file

Products are grouped by compound class — GLP receptor agonists, peptide fragments, peptide blends, GHS & GHRH analogues, copper peptides, neuropeptides, melanocortin analogues, mitochondrial cofactors and laboratory supplies.

Where one compound comes in several strengths, the shop shows a single card and the strengths sit behind a Choose mg dropdown. Changing the strength swaps the price, the image and the basket button in place.

Worth your attention

Just under half the catalogue — 26 of 55 lines — is currently marked out of stock, including most of the GHS/GHRH range, both Glow strengths, KLOW 25mg, NAD+ 1000mg and two of the five GLP3-R sizes. Customers see these as unbuyable. Worth a stock review before you drive any traffic.

Pricing and currency

The store trades in pounds sterling. Published prices run from £4.50 for laboratory supplies to £140.00 at the top of the range. Bundle coupons (KIT10 / KIT15 / KIT20) apply automatically at 3, 5 and 8 items, and the entry popup issues a 10% welcome code.

The checkout experience

A customer adds to basket, reviews the basket, and checks out on the site — no redirect to a third party. Guests can order without creating an account, and there is a research-purchaser attestation at checkout (18+, qualified researcher, in-vitro use only, Terms accepted) which is recorded against the order with a timestamp, IP and device for your audit trail.

Nothing can be bought today

There is no payment method switched on. The card gateway (NMI) and the crypto gateway are both installed but disabled, so a customer reaching checkout has nothing to pay with. This is the single blocking item before launch.

What happens when an order is placed

  1. The order is created and appears immediately in your dashboard and in the store's order list, with items, totals, address and the customer's research attestation.
  2. The customer is emailed an order confirmation, branded VGM BIO, listing what they bought, the total and the delivery address.
  3. You are emailed a separate new-order notification so you know there is something to fulfil.
  4. Status drives the rest — moving an order to Completed sends the customer a dispatch confirmation. Refunds, cancellations, failed payments and customer notes all have their own templates, and every one of them is switched on.

Sending status. All email templates are built, branded and enabled. The mailbox that sends them is bought and provisioned on vgmbio.com and needs its final connection before live mail flows. Your existing Microsoft 365 mail for the domain is untouched and unaffected.

Where you stand on compliance

The store is built as a UK research-chemical supplier, not a pharmacy, and the wording reflects that throughout.

  • Entry gate — visitors must confirm they are 18 or over, state their researcher type, and accept research-use-only terms before entering.
  • Legal identity — the footer states plainly that the company is not a pharmacy, compounding facility or medicines manufacturer.
  • MHRA wording — the statutory disclaimer cites the MHRA and states nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
  • No consumer framing — categories are named by compound class rather than by benefit, and no product page carries a health claim.
  • Code names — the GLP range is listed as GLP3-R, GLP2-T and GLP1-M rather than by brand or licensed drug name.
  • Withdrawn lines — human growth hormone, which cannot lawfully be sold in the UK, is removed from sale.
  • Certificates — every batch certificate is published as a downloadable PDF and linked from the relevant product.
  • Audit trail — each order stores the purchaser's attestation, so you can evidence who confirmed what and when.

Before you launch

  1. Choose a payment processor — until a gateway is enabled and credentialled, the store cannot take a single order.
  2. Resolve delivery — the store is currently set to ship only to the United States at a flat £14.99, while the site copy promises UK delivery in 2–7 days. One of the two needs to change.
  3. Finish the order mailbox — the plan is paid for and waiting on its final connection, after which order emails send automatically.
  4. Review stock — 26 lines currently read as out of stock.
