• Regulatory Status: These products have not been approved by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) or any similar global authority for therapeutic or diagnostic use.
• Handling Requirements: The Purchaser warrants that all products will be handled by qualified individuals within a professional laboratory setting.

3. Purchaser Responsibilities and Eligibility

By placing an order, the Purchaser confirms the following:

• They have reached the legal age of majority (at least 18 years of age in the UK).
• They possess the requisite technical expertise and safety equipment to manage hazardous or experimental chemicals.
• They will not attempt to repurpose these chemicals for clinical trials, medical treatment, or illegal manufacturing.
• They accept full accountability for ensuring the products ordered are compliant with the local statutes of their specific jurisdiction.

4. Absence of Medical Guidance

Information presented on this platform—including chemical specifications and technical data—is provided solely for the advancement of scientific knowledge.

VGM Bio does not offer, and shall not be perceived as offering, advice regarding the biological administration of these compounds.

Any request by the Purchaser for “dosage,” “safe usage,” or “administration methods” will be ignored and may result in the immediate termination of the Purchaser’s account and the cancellation of any pending orders without a refund.

The Company takes no responsibility for how the Purchaser interprets or applies the scientific data provided on this website.

5. Product Representation and Data Verification

The Company warrants that its materials correspond to the chemical nomenclature and purity levels specified on the website.

The Purchaser acknowledges that analytical results (such as HPLC or MS data) may vary slightly between independent laboratories depending on the equipment and testing protocols used.

All products are supplied in their lyophilized (freeze-dried) state to ensure maximum stability for laboratory shelf-life.

6. Indemnification and Liability Exclusion

VGM Bio, its staff, and its associates are fully absolved of liability for any direct or indirect harm, loss, or injury caused by the Purchaser’s handling, storage, or application of the materials supplied.

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VGM BIO (trading as VGM Bio), its directors, and associates against all legal fees, claims, or damages arising from a breach of this agreement or the negligent use of the products.

In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the specific order in question.

7. Logistics, Customs, and Delivery

• Compliance: For UK domestic orders, the Company operates within the framework of current UK chemical supply laws.
• International Shipments: The Purchaser is the “Importer of Record” and is solely responsible for clearing customs and paying any applicable duties. The Company cannot be held liable for items confiscated by border authorities due to local restrictions.
• Perishable Nature: Due to the risk of degradation and cross-contamination, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of chemical reagents once they have left our controlled storage environment.

8. Zero-Tolerance Policy

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that our products are being acquired for human or animal administration, the sale will be halted immediately. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the misuse of research chemicals.

9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and any sales conducted through this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The Purchaser agrees that any legal proceedings or disputes shall be handled exclusively within the court system of England.
